                     Property/ Asset Schedule of Condition Surveys from £250*.
   
  A Schedule of  Condition records the  condition of the  building at that time and is  supported by photographs, sketches and drawings.  
  It is usually  prepared  at  the  beginning of  a lease  or  prior  to  commencement  of  adjacent construction work or in connection with  
  litigation. Often, a Schedule of  Condition forms part of a Party  Wall  Award.  A schedule of condition survey  from  Synergy Surveying

     A Building Survey is an investigation and  assessment of the  construction and  condition of a building. The survey will include
     the  structure, fabric,  finishes and grounds;  the  exposure and  testing of services are  not usually covered. The extent of the
     survey will  be  subject to  agreement  between the building surveyor  and the  client; any  advice on  costs of  repairs  will  be 
     subject to separate agreement.  The report will include reference to visible defects and guidance as appropriate on 
     maintenance and remedial  measures.

HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) require a landlord license. This applies to any landlord or agent that is letting a property that
